After being drafted to ECW in 2007, Layla teamed up with fellow Divas Kelly Kelly and Brooke Adams to form the dance troupe, Extreme Exposé, based on Kelly's old Exposé segments. Layla choreographed each routine and the group appeared nearly every week for months, until Brooke was released and Kelly and Layla began feuding.

After their feud on Smackdown in 2006, the Miz and Layla were paired together in ECW after the Miz claimed to own the contracts of each member of Extreme Exposé. Layla remained at Miz's side after Kelly turned on them for Balls Mahoney, but they have drifted apart on-screen since.

Lena made her debut during a Dance Off contest between Layla and Kelly, first acting as the emcee, then becoming a participant herself. She and Layla soon teamed up against Kelly and remained a fun team until Lena was released. They were also associates of Victoria and Natalya for a short while.

Just when it seemed that Layla was showing an interest in Jamie Noble, she threw him a curve ball by siding with his rival, the 2008 King of the Ring, William Regal. Regal claimed that Layla was the only woman worthy of being his Queen and the two have been together since. With Layla being drafted to Smackdown, it seems their relationship has come to end, although nothing official has been mentioned yet.

Layla has also had several short-lived alliances with other people — from Vito to Mike Knox and Victoria to Katie Lea. I chose only to mention those which last longer than one or two matches.
